The study highlights some of the characteristics of the Vietnamese construction industry, and is an extremely important role for the national economy. Some industry characteristics affect the performance measurement system of a construction business. 50 indicators are included in the theoretical model of performance indicators of Vietnamese construction firms. Following in-depth interviews, 28 indicators were selected from 50 indicators. Quantitative analysis of the reliability of these 28 variables by Cronbach's alpha test showed that only 23 variables were satisfied.

The present study was conducted in 12 Raitha Samparka Kendras (RSKs) of Tumukuru district of Karnataka state during 2017-2018 to know the extent of participation of farmers in agricultural extension activities of RSKs. One hundred twenty farmers who availed agricultural extension services of RSKs were interviewed using a pre-tested interview schedule. The results revealed that a vast majority of farmers had ‘contacted’ the agricultural extension functionaries in RSKs through mobile (85.00%) and landline phone (81.66%).

This study aims at investigating the effects of financial transparency on SMEs’ value. The main purpose of research work is to test hypothesis that there is no significant relationship between financial transparency and SME value improvement as indicated by interest coverage ratio and Tobin Q. This paper sought to examine the effects of training on corporate financial performance of commercial banks. The paper was informed by the Resource-Based Theory, Human Capital Theory and Agency theory. Explanatory research design was adopted. Participation in in-service training can be a challenge for health workers, especially those stationed in remote areas. Spaced education is an innovative learning methodology that can be delivered electronically by Internet or mobile smartphone.
