Tetracycline hydrochloride

In this study, the B/ZnO materials were simply synthesized via a Sol-gel method. The photocatalytic ability of materials was evaluated by degrading tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH). The characteristics of the ZnO and 3B/ZnO materials were analyzed and evaluated by the Diffuse Reflectance UltravioletVisible (DR/UV-Vis), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) techniques.

Suitable three-dimensional scaffolds showing controllable drug delivery properties, known as multifunctional scaffolds, have gained increasing interest for soft tissue engineering. Here, tetracycline hydrochloride-encapsulated polylactic acid (TCH-PLA) microparticles prepared by using the double emulsion/solvent evaporation method were incorporated into a gelatin matrix.

Citrus canker caused by Xanthomonas citri (Hasse) is the major constraint for production of citrus. Two season pooled research data revealed that, plants treated with the spray combination of 2- bromo-2-nitro propane1,3diol (Bactrinashak) + Streptomycin Sulphate + Tetracycline Hydrochloride + COC for four times with 30 days interval recorded the per cent disease incidence of 16 and 14 on leaves and twigs respectively. The maximum PDI of 29 on leaves and 25 on twigs was observed in untreated control. Similar trend was maintained on fruits and recorded higher yield of 17.

Chitosan composite material has been used as an efficient drug carrier for potential drug delivery systems in specific cases of wound dressing management. In the present study, 0.5 g/L of the antibiotic tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) was loaded into 1% fungal chitosan (FCS) incorporated with 0.2% of Aloe vera extract (AVE). Two types of sponges were prepared, with and without AVE, such as FCS-AVE-TCH and FCS-TCH, respectively.
