In the study soil surveys conducted and GPS based soil samples were collected from each domain viz., Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Vidisha and Jabalpur of AESR 10.1 region.and for bulk density (BD), total porosity (TP), particle size distribution (Sand, Silt, Clay), analyzed then aggregate stability (AS) and structural stability index (SSI) were estimated in the Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur during 2018-2020.

Study aim to evaluate the effect of chlorpyrifos on several metabolic and stress related parameters associated with pesticide resistance. The experiment was conducted at Indian Institute of Soil Science (ICAR), Bhopal (MP) during 2015-2016, comprising four concentrations of pesticide chlorpyrifos viz. 0%, 0.25%, 0.75% and 1.25%. The commencement of foliar treatment applied on vegetative phase i.e., 30, 45 and 60 days after sowing on soybean (Kharif) and wheat (rabi).

The present research paper describes the sacred plants found in the vicinity of five major temples of Bhopal, India. In addition, the ethnomedicinal and ecological values of these plants were also reported. The information was obtained from priests and knowledgeable local people about the sacred value of plants associated with religious rituals. A total of 13 sacred plants species belonging to 10 families were identified during the survey. The study concludes that propagation of sacred plants contributes to the conservation of floral diversity.

Zero-Till-Slit tillage and seeding machine was designed and developed for fulfilling the requirements of conservation agriculture. The rotary zero-till-slit tillage and seeding machine were developed for zero-till seeding in straw fields after grain combine harvester's operation. The combined tillage and seeding machine were equipped with seven units of rotary slit cutters as a key component. In the present study, four different shapes of rotary slit cutters were evaluated in the soil-bin laboratory for different forces acting on the rotary slit cutter blade.

Photovoltaic based electricity generation saves a major portion of renewable energy generation in India. Ever increasing fuel cost and doubtful availability of electricity hampers the irrigated crop production. Use of solar pump is an alternate to electric or diesel pumps for irrigation of crops. This paper presents the utilization of solar power for operating micro irrigation systems for irrigating field crops. An open well submersible pump of 5hp capacity was operated by 4960Wp solar panel installed at ICAR-CIAE, Bhopal for irrigation.

A laboratory study was conducted to assess the efficacy of the different microbes to solubilise nano rock phosphate. Nano rock phosphate was prepared using a 24 blade FRITSCH Rotar Mill (Model-Pulverizette-14) with a 80µm sieve, followed by high energy ball milling. The nano rock phosphate particles were characterized by Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis regarding their size, shape, morphology, structure and composition.
