The exchange economy

This article studies the influence of macro factors on bankruptcy risk of real estate businesses listed on the Vietnamese stock exchange. By using the Logistic regression model with 53 real estate businesses listed on the Vietnam stock exchange in the period 2012 - 2022, it shows that high GDP growth of the economy reduces the risk of bankruptcy of real estate businesses. Meanwhile, the higher the interest rate, the greater the risk of bankruptcy that real estate businesses face.

This paper examines the role of Exchange Rate Uncertainty (ERU) in driving economic fluctuations in emerging economies using a VAR with stochastic volatility in the mean. We use the quarterly data of three typical emerging economies from 1972Q3 to 2009Q4 within a VAR model.

The study "The effect of thin capitalization, supply chain and earnings management on economy development: Indonesia evidence" aims to examine the effect of thin capitalization, supply chain and earnings management on economy development. The samples used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2013-2015. Using purposive sampling, selected samples are 90 companies, so the total sample in this study is 270 observations. The examination method employed is the multiple linear regression analysis of panel data.

This study analyzes the impact of Income tax on capital structure in the specific context of Vietnam’s economy using secondary data of 12 Petroleum industry joint stock companies listed on the stock exchange Vietnamese securities. Conducting the study using the method of quantitative regression of panel data, the research results show that company income tax has a negative impact on the ratio of long-term debt and the ratio of total debt to total assets, but the level of impact is not much.
