To answer these questions at a systems level, we conducted high-content profiling of Drosophila larval locomotor behaviors for over 100 genotypes. High content, quantitative phenotyping of larval locomotor behaviours provides a framework for system-level understanding of the gene networks underlying such behaviours.

The detection of signatures of selection in genomic regions provides insights into the evolutionary process, enabling discoveries regarding complex phenotypic traits. In this research, we focused on identifying genomic regions affected by different selection pressures, mainly highlighting the recent positive selection, as well as understanding the candidate genes and functional pathways associated with the signatures of selection in the Mangalarga Marchador genome.

The present entitled study was carried out to know clinical epidemiology of affections causing lameness in horses based on three years data of Veterinary Clinical Complex, College of Veterinary Science & A. H., Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh. To know epidemiological status of lameness in horses, signalment and clinical details of three years (April, 2017 – March, 2020) cases were analyzed.

Body weight–supported treadmill training (BWSTT) can be usefully employed to facilitate gait recovery in patients with neurological injuries. Specifically, lower body positive pressure support system (LBPPSS) decreases weight-bearing and ground reaction forces with potentially positive effects on qualitative gait indices. However, which gait features are being shaped by LBPPSS in post-stroke patients is yet poorly predictable. A pilot study on the effects of LBPPSS on qualitative and quantitative gait indices was carried out in patients with hemiparesis due to stroke in the chronic phase.

The authors decided to describe in detail the relationship between the clinical disability of locomotor system and functional dysphagia. They provided detailed anatomic and functional characteristics of the esophagus including the extrinsic and intrinsic innervations. Moreover, they had concentrated on the reflex part of swallowing involving both the afferent and efferent pathways. The afferent signals apparent during the swallowing reflex are directed from sensitive fibers of the trigeminal nerve, n. glossopharyngeus and n. vagus....

Caffeine, a nonselective adenosine A1 and A2A receptor antagonist, is the most widely used psychoactive substance in the world. Evidence demonstrates that caffeine and selective adenosine A2A antagonists interact with the neuronal systems involved in drug reinforcement, locomotor sensitization, and therapeutic effect in Parkinson's disease (PD). Evidence also indicates that low doses of caffeine and a selective adenosine A2A antagonist SCH58261 elicit locomotor stimulation whereas high doses of these drugs exert locomotor...
