In this paper, the performance of a multisource half-duplex relaying network utilizing the time-switching approach is investigated. Particularly, the relay simply relies on the harvested energy from the selected source to perform its operations such as amplifying and forwarding the source signals.

This paper presents a design of the two-stage op-amps (OPA) using 90nm process with functional verification and gain calculations. In order to improve stability, the compensation technique is added to OPA to improve performance metrics. According to simulation results, the designed OPA obtains a gain of 131dB with 60 degrees phase margin.

This study presents a design procedure to obtain high-efficiency for microwave power amplifier. The designed amplifier uses a GaN high electron mobility transistor as an active device. Matching networks including input and output networks are realized using Megtron6 substrate microstrip lines. The designed amplifier operates at 2.1 GHz band.
