This study proposes a constitutive mechanical law to model the behavior of the interface between a microcracked viscoelastic medium and an undamaged elastic body based on the homogenization method. The interface is modeled by a layer of zero thickness. The coupling between the homogenization technique and the Griffith’s theory is used to provide the effective behavior of the micro-cracked medium.

The purpose of this study is to study the features of material flow accounting for the efficient supply chain management, to determine the effective systems of material flow accounting. We propose to use the MFCA system to account for material flow. It can be used to estimate material losses in the supply chain in terms of money and determine the economic benefits of resource efficiency. The MFCA methodology is regulated by the ISO standard.

The objective of the study is to analyze existing personnel risks and develop an adaptive, universal methodology for assessing their likelihood, with further modeling of possible risk scenarios. In the framework of the study, a two-stage method for estimating the probability of occurrence of 30 personnel risks characteristic of different types of personnel flows was tested. In this study, a control system is proposed for the induction servomotor to achieve the highprecision speed tracking based on wavelet fuzzy cerebellar model articulation controller. In this proposed scheme, the wavelet fuzzy cerebellar model articulation controller (WFCMAC) is used to imitate an ideal controller due to it incorporates the advantages of the wavelet decomposition property with a fuzzy CMAC fast learning ability and the smooth compensator controller with bound estimation is designed to attenuate the effect of the approximation error caused by the WFCMAC approximator.

The paper "Global exponential stability of switched neutral systems with time-varying delays" deals with the problem of global exponential stability for a class of switched neutral systems with time-varying delays. Based on improved Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method combined with the Leibniz-Newton formula, linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) conditions are proposed for the exponential stability of the considered systems under arbitrary switching signal. A numerical example showing the effectiveness of our conditions is given.
