This study aimed to identify new pyroptosis-associated tumor antigens for use in mRNA vaccines and the screening of sensitive LUAD populations suitable for vaccination. The association between tumor immune infiltrating cell abundance and potential tumor antigens was investigated and visualized using the analysis modules of gene expression, clinical outcomes, and somatic copy number variation.

PD-L1 showed abnormal mRNA and protein expression in a variety of cancers and predicted prognosis in cancer patients. This paper presents a simulation method to determine the local sensitivity of geometrical parameters of the micro-beam models used in the micro-mechanical structures. The analysis allows for defining the essential parameters in designing the microstructures to reduce the designing time. The analysis results can be used to give suitable geometrical parameters for the micro-mechanical structure according to the purposed resonant frequency.

In this study, an investigation was conducted to evaluate the expression of genes encoding SOS1, HKT1, HAK10, and NHX1 transporters in the leaf and root tissues of two contrasting rice cultivars, salt tolerant DP and salt sensitive IR28, under salt stress of 150 mM NaCl by RT-qPCR approach. RT-qPCR data revealed that the expression of HKT1, HAK10, SOS1, and NXH1 were upregulated at a higher level in the DP cultivar than in the IR28 cultivar in response to salt stress treatment.

In the present report, a novel concept of frequency response function (FRF) is introduced for piezoelectric beam. First, a model of Timoshenko beam bonded with a piezoelectric layer is established and used for deriving the conventional frequency response function acknowledged as mechanical frequency response function (MERF). Then, the output charge produced in the piezoelectric layer is calculated from the MFRF and therefore obtained frequency-dependent function is called electrical frequency response function (EFRF) for the integrated beam.

Then, we analyze a special case that considers only one uncapacitated supplier and a buyer with price-sensitive demand in a serial supply chain. An efficient heuristic is developed for this case to obtain a near optimal solution in a timely manner. Finally, we provide a series of numerical examples to illustrate our results and analyze the impact of the parameters within a sensitivity analysis.

In this research, the problems were divided into three small, medium and large groups, and for each of the solving methods the evaluation criteria was calculated. The results of this comparison indicated that non-dominated optimization algorithm outperforms the exact solving method. Therefore, it was concluded that this algorithm should be used to solve the model of real data.
