The nano-lime and nano-dolomite had the surface areas of 1000 and 900 m2 g -1 , respectively, which are nearly 10 times higher than their respective conventional counter parts. Nano-liming is more effective due to the extensive surface areas of these materials that had increased by ten times which correspondingly increased the exchange properties. As a result of eluviations of acidity producing cations, the Ca and Mg added through the liming materials got adsorbed that closely coincided with a set of favourable changes in soil properties.

The present study was conducted in Teaching Veterinary clinical complex (TVCC) Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University and in different districts of Punjab on randomly selected 200 dog owners i.e., 100 from urban (Group I) and 100 from rural (Group II) with the help of pretested interview schedule. Various current practices followed by dog owners about dog feeding, housing, breeding and health and management were mentioned in the study. Group I dog owners were following more correct practices than their counter parts.

We present new results on the relation between context-free parsing strategies and their probabilistic counter-parts. We provide a necessary condition and a sufficient condition for the probabilistic extension of parsing strategies. These results generalize existing results in the literature that were obtained by considering parsing strategies in isolation.
