The remainder of the paper includes the following sections. Section II illustrates a brief literature review on the TOPSIS applications. Section III presents the ranking index and credit scores of alternatives. The next section illustrates some case studies of the problem. The paper ends with conclusions.

Public–Private Partnership (PPP) has emerged as an effective procurement in delivering infrastructure and public service in many countries over the world since last few decades. It brought more benefits for sustainable development compared to traditional procurement in many developing countries. However, in order to determine whether a project is successful or not has still remained an ambiguous perception. Therefore, this study will rank the successful level for PPP transportation infrastructure projects in Vietnam via case studies.

There is no denial of the fact that performance evaluation is a critical managerial attempt in any organization especially financial institutions such as banks. MCDM methods have been utilized as efficient and common tools in many fields such as finance and economy and attract significant attention from public and financial regulators. The numerous opinions and enormous criteria associated with bank performance evaluation confines the implication of any single objective model. Therefore, multi-criteria decision making approach has been applied for this purpose.
