  • The paper "Assessing tourist destination image in the case of Da Nang city, Viet Nam" investigates the relationships among destination image, perceived value, tourist satisfaction, and behavioral intentions, focusing on Da Nang City, Vietnam. The study helps fill the research gaps on destination image and the relationships between other factors at the famous destination. The study is based on an online survey conducted over two months (September and October 2023) using non-probability sampling methods with a sample size is 366 tourists who visited this place.

  • This paper evaluates sustainable urban bus service quality based on passenger perception and expectation in local tourism destinations in order to attain a comprehension of tourists’ attitudes towards local public transport. The study focuses on the combination of route 101 and 102 by Rapid Penang bus to investigate passenger satisfaction because the bus is the main public transport used by most tourist who use both routes. Data collection by questionnaire survey from 201 valid questionnaires was analysed using sustainable assessment model for both routes.
