In today's scenario, supply chain processes have been greatly influencing businesses and trades globally. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of the supply chain management on the model capabilities of innovation and competitive advantage of Indonesia traditional herbal medicine. Design research is qualitative and quantitative approaches and using data collecting technique: FGD and survey sample.

A simple, stable, and specific high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a DAD detector (HPLC-DAD) method has been developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of amlodipine, felodipine, furosemide, nifedipine, and spironolactone in traditional herbal products. The analytes were extracted in acetonitrile: water (50 : 50, v/v) with help of the ultrasonic. The separation of analytes was performed in an Apollo C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm; 5 µm) and a mobile phase consisting of mixture acetonitrile: 0.1% phosphoric acid in gradient elution.

This was a single-center, retrospective, observational case series. Data were collected on all cases who presented with severe lactic acidosis after use of traditional herbal anti-diabetic pills, over the two-year time period 2018 – 2019. Past medical histories and clinical findings were reviewed. Samples of the herbal anti-diabetic products, and patient blood and urine were analyzed.

Jaggery, a sugar rich food product produced all over the world, is an important component in Indian diet, and it is consumed directly or used for preparation of sweet confectionery items. It is also used in many herbal and traditional medicines. India produces about 6 million tonnes of jaggery annually, which accounts 60% of the total production in the world; 65-70% of the total jaggery is from sugarcane, the remaining 30% is from palms. Jaggery is prepared predominantly by concentrating the sugarcane juice. It is available in the form of solid blocks as well as in semi-liquid form.
