The semiconductor diode laser chips AlGaAs of the matrix structure (linear bars arrays structure), having an output opticalpower of 2W were packaged at the semiconductor laser labrotary - Institute of Materials Science. We have studied some its properties such as: the temperature dependence of laser threshold, output optical power; the transfer heat of laser chip and pump current of laser. The study of spectral structure showed that the operating wavelength area of laser and structure of the longitudinal multimode depend on temperature and pump current.

We present the ballistic quantum transport of a p-n-p bilayer silicene junction in the presence of spin-orbit coupling and electric field using a four-band model. The transfer-matrix approach has been implemented to evaluate the electron transmission. A Mexican-hat shape of low-energy spectrum is observed similarly to biased bilayer graphene.

The present work used the efficiency transfer method used to calculate the full energy peak efficiency (FEPE) curves of the (2"*2" & 3"*3") NaI (Tl) detectors based on the effective solid angle subtended between the source and the detector. The study covered the effect of the self attenuation coefficient of the source matrix (with a radius greater than the detector's radius) on the detector efficiency. 152 An Eu aqueous radioactive source covering the energy range from 121.78 keV up to 1408.01 keV was used.

In this study, an in-house 152Eu calibration source was produced from a custom epoxy matrix with a density of r ¼ 1.14 g cm3 , which is chemically stable and durable form after its solidification. The homogeneity of 152Eu in matrix was obtained better than 98%. For a Marinelli beaker geometry, an efficiency calibration procedure was applied to a n-type, coaxial, 78.5% relative efficient HPGe detector in the energy range of 121.7e1408.0 keV by using in-house 152Eu calibration source.

By using the transfer matrix method (TMM) and numerical simulations, the designs of the sensor based on silicon waveguides are optimized and demonstrated in detail. We applied our structure to detect glucose and ethanol concentrations simultaneously. A high sensitivity of 9000 nm/RIU, detection limit of 2x10-4 for glucose sensing and sensitivity of 6000nm/RIU, detection limit of 1.3x10-5 for ethanol sensing are achieved.

This paper presents the vibration analysis of thick laminated composite cylindrical shells by a new approach using the Continuous Element Method (CEM). Based on the analytical solutions for the differential equations of thick composite cylindrical shell taking into account shear deflection effects, the dynamic transfer matrix is built from which natural frequencies are easily calculated.

The transport parameters are estimated under supportting of software Hydrus 1D using the inverse parameter estimation method. Results of the experiments showed that dispersion coefficient, distribution coefficient and mass transfer coefficient characterized the ammonium transport process in the Con Son soil and aquifers are compatible with mechanical and physical properties of Con Son soil matrix and porous media.
