The article analyzes the current situation and limitations of digital transformation in agriculture in Vietnam. The results indicate that although the digital transformation in agriculture in Vietnam is taking place positively showing that there have been many policies issued to promote digital transformation in agriculture. In this article, the author presents the theoretical framework for digital transformation, bad debt, bad debt settlement at commercial banks, and evaluation about the current situation of bad debt handling at Vietnamese commercial banks. Thereby, the article proposes solutions to develop the positive factors and minimize the factors that prevent commercial banks from handling bad debts in the age of digital transformation.
