Therapeutic management of myiasis wound due to traumatic injury in gingival of a Murrah buffalo calf
Myiasis in all species of animals is very common during the rainy season. The present case report emphasizes on such one interesting case in a 20 day old male buffalo calf infested with maggots in gingival region. The calf was successfully treated with rinsing by normal saline solution, turpentine oil, antiseptic solution and ivermectin injection.
