This paper updates the digital banking transformation in fintechs and incumbent banking institutions to show that access to future fintech trends will grow significantly in coming years. The combined findings suggest that digitalised-mobile-banking transitions emphasize the capabilities of banking infrastructure for data sharing, connectivity, stability and cybersecurity and standardisation of internal and external APIs as progress continues within the regulatory framework of data protection as part of the privacy act and open-banking directives.

The present study systematically reviewed research articles published in international academic journals from 2007 to 2016, analyzed the application domains, subjects, and adopted learning strategies, and investigated the research issues of smartphone-supported medical education. The findings revealed that the application of smartphones in medical education and training has not gained much popularity over the past years.

With regard to human resources in the health care sector, Hungary had 3.1 active physicians per 1000 population in 2008. The number of physicians has dropped substantially since 2003, and increased professional mobility may lead to a further decline in this ratio in the near future. Physicians are unevenly distributed, both in terms of geography and specialties. A similar trend can be observed for the allied health care personnel.
