We investigated the effect of bias voltage and carrier gas on the hydrogen sensing performance of tungsten oxide nanobeads. The tungsten oxide nanobeads were prepared by a template-assisted method followed by calcination.

Pristine and WO3 decorated TiO2 nanorods (NRs) were synthesised to investigate n-n-type heterojunction gas sensing properties. TiO2 NRs were fabricated via hydrothermal method on fluorine-doped tin oxide coated glass (FTO) substrates. Then, tungsten was sputtered on the TiO2 NRs and thermally oxidised to obtain WO3 nanoparticles. The heterostructure was characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy.

We report for the first time the green synthesis of carbon nanodots (g-CDs) from the peels of T. cucumerina by simple hydrothermal route. An in-situ liquid phase process was adopted for the design of the monoclinic tungsten trioxide (m-WO3)- based nanostructure with g-CDs to obtain a bi-functional g-CDs/m-WO3 system.

Nanocomposites of graphene oxide (GO) and tungsten oxide (WO3) nanobricks were synthesized by co-dispersing graphene oxide and tungsten oxide nanobricks in bi-distilled water with different weight ratios (0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 wt.% of graphene oxide). The ammonia gas sensing properties of nanocomposites were studied at low temperatures (50, 100 and 150 oC) with the static gas-testing system. The co-appearance and the strong interaction between graphene oxide and tungsten oxide in the nanocomposite were confirmed by Raman scattering analysis.

Tungsten oxide nanostructures were synthesized by hydrothermal and acid precipitation (hydrothermal at room temperature) methods without using any supporting agent or structuredirecting reactant. The morphology and crystalline structure of nanostructures strongly depended on pH of the precursor solution and synthesis method. With pH = -1.0, using acid precipitation method, orthorhombic nanoplate was observed.

Trong bài báo này, vật liệu tổ hợp nano reduced graphene oxide/tungsten trioxide (rGO/WO3) đã được tổng hợp thành công bằng phương pháp thủy nhiệt tại nhiệt độ 120oC. Hình thái của vật liệu rGO/WO3 khảo sát bằng kính hiển vi điện tử quét (SEM) cho thấy đường kính trung bình của dây nano WO3 khoảng 10 nm, chiều dài trung bình khoảng 300 nm.

Tungsten oxide film was deposited on ITO-coated glass by using RF magnetron sputtering method from WO3 ceramic target. Thin film preparation – process took place in Ar + O2 plasma. The dependence of tungsten oxide film structure on experiment conditions was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) Raman spectroscopy. In this paper, we considered that the thickness of ITO layers about 150nm to 350nm clearly effects on the Raman and XRD spectrograms of WO3 films.
