Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate the influence of strategic human resource managing on supply chain resilience in manufacturing firms in Russia. The employed population is more considered to be economically active.

The aim of this research study "Exploring human resource management practices: an empirical study of the performing arts companies in Australia" is to explore HRM practices in the performing arts companies in Australia, using a qualitative research design and two phases of data collection. Firstly, interviews were conducted, with the overall objective to acquire richer data from key stakeholders on the perceived HRM practices in the performing arts sector, and the associated impact of the environment, for example, policy context and funding arrangements.

The scope of research examining the meaning and meaningfulness of work is rather broad; I therefore believe it is necessary to first provide an overview of research approaches before describing my own approach. Depending on the definition of the concept of the meaning of work they used, researchers took various approaches.
