Usefulness of developmental programmes

Universal health visiting has been a cornerstone of preventative healthcare for children in the United Kingdom (UK) for over 100 years. In 2016, Scotland introduced a new Universal Health Visiting Pathway (UHVP), involving a greater number of contacts with a particular emphasis on the first year, visits within the home setting, and rigorous developmental assessment conducted by a qualified Health Visitor.

This investigation has been done on the basis of qualitative and quantitative data collected from primary sources and explored the differential perception of extent of usefulness of development programmes of the tribal agricultural labourers. The greatest number of respondents with high level of perception was observed in Kurichiya community. The Paniya community lie in between the Kattunaikan and Kurichiya community in their level of perception. The high level of perception is owed to their better mass media exposure, awareness about the developmental programmes and political orientation.

Transcriptome time series can be used to track the expression of genes during development, allowing the timing, intensity, and dynamics of genetic programmes to be determined. Furthermore, time series analysis can reveal causal relationships between genes, leading to an understanding of how the regulatory networks are rewired during development.

A vigilant study of the socioeconomic aspects of livestock farmers is a prerequisite for the appropriate design and successful execution of Governments' developmental programmes. The present study was conducted to assess the socio-economic status and credibility of various extension activities among the livestock farmers. Community radio station is a promising ICT tool in various developing nations for the rural development. Among the other community media, community radio station has the potential to empower the grassroots people and strengthen the democracy in its operation. These radio stations work on the principle of participatory communication and are the medium of the poorest of the poor. The future of the poor and marginalised section of the society depends on how effectively and efficiently the community media are being utilized to address their specific development and informational needs.
