Combine effects of drought and high temperature, causes significant reduction in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) quality and yield worldwide. The objective of this study was to quantify independent and combined effects of drought and high temperature stress in eight bread wheat genotypes at anthesis and 21 days after anthesis (DAA).

Combining ability for grain yield and its components in pearl millet was studied in 48 hybrids developed by crossing six A- and their six B-lines with 8 R-lines in a line x tester mating design. The three A- lines viz. 81A1, 81A4 and 81A5 and their corresponding B- lines represented three different systems of male sterility and were very diverse. The 12 parents and the 48 hybrids were grown separately in contiguous blocks in 2R × 4.0 m × 0.45 m in randomized block design with three replications in two environments viz.

The present investigation was aimed to evaluate yield stability, environment suitability and identification of environment specific wheat genotypes using AMMI and GGE biplot analysis. Eight wheat genotypes (G1–G8) with diverse genetic background were sown on three dates (TimelyNovember), (Late–December) and (Very Late-January) under drought (E1, E2, E3) and irrigated conditions (E4, E5, E6) during the Rabi seasons 2015-16 and 2016-17 in RBD with three replications at experimental farm of Wheat Section, Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding, CCS Haryana Agricultural University.

Field experiment was conducted during Rabi season of 2010-11 and 2011-12 at Research farm of CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, India to study agrometeorological indices on phenology and yield of wheat cultivars as influenced by Late, very late sown heat stress condition. The experiment was laid out in split plot design with two sowing time viz., late (16th Dec.) and very late (5th Jan.) in main plot and four late sown genotypes (PBW 373, WH 1021, PBW 590 and PBW 550) in sub plots with three replications.

Genetic and morphological variability parameters were studied for grain yield and its attributes with a set of 30 genotypes of little millet (Panicum sumatrances) at Junagadh, Gujarat during Kharif 2017 in randomized block design with three replications under timely (E1), late (E2) and vey late sown (E3) conditions.
