This study investigates the impact of climate change (CC) on water resources in Phu Yen province, Vietnam by assessing historical trends of temperature, rainfall and flood simulation scenarios from a report of Vietnam of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in 2020. The method for assessing the impacts on water resources was provided in the report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in 2007.

Graphite, especially, high quality graphite can be used in many industrial applications including metallurgy, batteries, fuel cells, and refractories. In 2011, Vietnam Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued a mineral exploration license to explore Bao Ha graphite deposit, Bao Yen district, Lao Cai Province. The studied samples were taken from 3 drill holes of the Bao Ha largest ore body.

This paper presents the basic information on the present status of ocean observation and service in Vietnam with focus on the physical oceanography area. Study results show that in recent years, ocean observations of Vietnam have been equipped with a series of modern measured and analyzed instruments, especially at related offices of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE).

This study is based on the data collected from working with different departments of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and in the 12 selected communes, 9 districts of 3 provinces – Ha Giang, Dak Lak and Kien Giang. The findings show that The implementation of some propoor targets e.g. water licensing, Environmental Impact Assessment, mineral resources mapping etc.

Rapid socio–economic development leads to a great increase in water demand of many sectors and conflicts between water users. Moreover, studies have warned about serious degree of influence of climate change (CC) on Vietnam, particularly on the water resources. Therefore, assess CC impacts on water balances are very necessary task. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has completed the appropriate climate change scenarios in Vietnam [1].

With growth and development rapidly in Vietnam, is a danger of overuse and poor management of natural resources, thus affecting sustainable development. Level of understanding, knowledge and use of the principles of natural resources management (NRE) is limited to Vietnam's agriculture. Design results project is to start with the concept of resource management is used in many organizations in Vietnam (Universities, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and system extensions) and enhanced to provide the set of policy knowledge, and advice to farmers in region.
