Vocative in communication

Purpose of study: The purpose of the dissertation is to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study of vocabularies in Vietnamese Administrative Documents to clarify the characteristics of Administrative Documents and communicate in the administrative field, especially vocative in communication by Administrative Documents. Thereby contributing to improving Administrative Documents drafting skills, overcoming shortcomings in drafting practice to standardize Vietnamese Administrative Documents.

The electrodes after being sensitized with dye “N179” were combined with Pt counter electrodes and iodine-based electrolyte to make DSSC cells. I-V characteristics of the DSSC cells were recorded at room temperature. The open-circuit voltage (Voc), the short-current density (Jsc) and the photoelectric conversion efficiency η) of the DSSC cells were estimated. The results show that the graphene content added into TiO2 electrode films has affected on Voc, Jsc and η of cells in the nonlinear form. The efficiency reached a maximal value with a graphene concentration of 0.005 wt %.

Concentrations of VOCs generated indoors may be presumed to decrease proportionally in response to increases in house ventilation. This has been documented in a new, unoccupied house for those VOCs with the highest vapor pressures (Hodgson et al., 2000). However, within chemical classes, the effectiveness of ventilation for reducing concentrations generally decreases with decreasing volatility (ibid.).
