This paper discusses the development of A RestAPI Web Service using Spring Boot and its integration with ReactJs - a Javascript library. This is a powerful and lightweight framework that has well-defined tools and interfaces for developers to implement the application. For representation, we use the framework to implement a web-based E-Learning application.

Exploration of large data sets, such as shotgun metagenomic sequence or expression data, by biomedical experts and medical professionals remains as a major bottleneck in the scientific discovery process. Although tools for this purpose exist for 16S ribosomal RNA sequencing analysis, there is a growing but still insufficient number of user-friendly interactive visualization workflows for easy data exploration and figure generation. The development of such platforms for this purpose is necessary to accelerate and streamline microbiome laboratory research.

Here we introduce the Protein Sequence Annotation Tool (PSAT), a web-based, sequence annotation meta-server for performing integrated, high-throughput, genome-wide sequence analyses. Our goals in building PSAT were to (1) create an extensible platform for integration of multiple sequence-based bioinformatics tools, (2) enable functional annotations and enzyme predictions over large input protein fasta data sets, and (3) provide a web interface for convenient execution of the tools.

The objective of this paper is to examine Moroccan higher education students’ and teachers’ perceptions and attitudes towards using Web 2.0 technologies in language learning and teaching. The results of the study revealed that all the informants were immersed in using these Internet-based applications for personal and educational purposes. Nevertheless, while language learners reported to make beneficial uses of these online platforms as language learning tools, the great majority of the interviewed faculty members did not really benefit from these platforms.

The software platform consists of interrelated components that control hardware pools of processing, storage, and networking resources throughout a data center. Users either manage it through a web-based dashboard. But the implementation of openstack is very complex. So, we can use configuration management tools that is also known as DevOps.

The emergence of the WWW as the main source of distributing content opened the floodgates of information. The sheer volume and diversity of this content necessitate an approach that will reinvent the way it is analysed. The quantitative route to processing information which relies on content management tools provides structural analysis. The challenge we address is to evolve from the process of streamlining data to a level of understanding that assigns value to content.

On August 11, 2010, nearly two years ago, John Resig (creator of jQuery) announced the jQuery Mobile project. While focused on the UI framework, it was also a recognition of jQuery itself as a tool for mobile sites and that work would be done to the core framework itself, to make it work better on devices. Release after release, the jQuery Mobile project evolved into a powerful framework encompassing more platforms, more features, and better performance with every update.
