The study aims to identify the reasons why this phenomenon enters the daily working life of the high qualified people in Vietnam, especially the people who can use English fluently at work, so the researcher hopes to get some points of views on code-switching which is a widespread sociolinguistic phenomenon and give some contributions to studies of speech community of bilinguals using code-switching.
