The aim of this study is to find out the perception among the managers on employment practice and human rights of Indonesian women employee. The research was conducted by using quantitative approach. Data collection was gathered through a questionnaire to perform the Kruskal-Wallis and MannWhitney U test that compare the managers’ perception. The samples of the research are top, middle and lower level managers in Indonesian companies.

The present study entitled “Information seeking behaviour of selected woman entrepreneurs of Parbhani city” was conducted in the Parbhani city. For this study 200 woman entrepreneurs were randomly selected from Parbhani city. Scale developed by using normalized rank approach to obtain the Entrepreneurial Behaviour score.

Women entrepreneurs can contribute significantly to economic development in Vietnam. But women face unique challenges in self-employment. These challenges have not been adequately studied. The objective of this study was to identify barriers to women entrepreneurship in Vietnam and propose recommendations to enhance this endeavor in the country. A survey that included nearly 200 women-owned businesses was conducted.
