A rare case of ovarian follicular lymphoma: Incidental finding in a woman with postmenopausal bleeding

Ovarian lymphoma is an uncommon malignancy with the incidence of primary ovarian lymphoma being ever rarer. Majority of patients with ovarian lymphoma tend to present with symptoms of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, loss of weight or appetite, and are usually found to have an ovarian mass.
