There are no standard third-line treatment options for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC). Trametinib in combination with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) or CDK4/6 inhibitors for pancreatic adenocarcinoma showed promising efficacy in preclinical studies.
