A study on job satisfaction among teachers at a university in Hanoi, Vietnam

The primary aim of the research "A study on job satisfaction among teachers at a university in Hanoi, Vietnam" is to evaluate the job satisfaction among teachers at a university in Hanoi and find out some suitable ways to enhance teachers‟ satisfaction level. On the purpose of achieving the professional goal above, data were collected through survey questionnaire from teachers who are working in the university. The data analysis was conducted to obtain descriptive and inferential statistics.
