A UV-emitting and -sensing device from ZnGa2O4 oxide layer in metal-oxide-semiconductor structure

In this study, we introduced for the first time a bi-functional device based on the ZGO optical material in a metal-oxidesemiconductor (MOS) structure, which can be used as an EL and PD device depending on the electric configurations.
