An inquiry of EFL teachers’ assessment identity formation through the perspectives of critical incidents

This study is an exploration of how critical incidents shape teachers’ assessment identity. Through a narrative analysis based on data collected from seven teachers, four assessment-related critical incidents in the career of these teachers were identified.
