Anti tumor effects of combination measles vaccine virus and nimotuzumab treatment on nude mice bearing human larynx cancer

To evaluate the antitumor effects of the combination treatment with measles vaccine virus and nimotuzumab in vivo. Materials and methods: We used human larynx cancer cell to form tumors on nude mice by xenograft model and to evaluate the anti-cancer effects of measles vaccine virus + nimotuzumab combination by assessing the survival time of mice and the rate of tumor cells induced apoptosis.
