Assessment of biochemical properties of jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) accessions of assam

An investigation was undertaken during 2016-2018 to study the variations in biochemical properties among 24 jackfruit accessions of Assam. The biochemical parameters of the jackfruit pulp like TSS, reducing sugar, nonreducing sugar, total sugar, ascorbic acid and crude fibre showed significant variation among the accessions studied.
