Assessment of the Vietnamese students - experimental capacity when using experiments in teaching high schools chemistry

Vietnam's new general education curriculum was just released in 2018, focusing on developing students' qualities and capabilities. Chemistry is an experimental science, thus developing and assessing students' experimental competence in teaching chemistry is a very important task.
