Assessment of the unwanted effects of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Subjects and methods: A retrospective combined prospective study and description of 53 patients with stage II-IVA nasopharyngeal carcinoma, treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy by the cisplatin regimen on days 1, 22 and 43 at the National Otorhinolaryngology Hospital of Vietnam from 2019 to 2023.
