Blast loading investigations according to the unified facilities criteria (UFC)

This paper describes the determination of the blast loading based on the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and provides a numerical example of a fictive structure under this blast load. The objective of the paper is to introduce the readers to be familiar with the blast loadings calculated based on the UFC.
