Completion of the legal framework to promote cooperation between fintech companies and banking system in Vietnam

This study will present the current status of the management and legal framework in providing solutions to support banking activities of Fintech companies in Vietnam, thereby assessing the limitations and challenges of the legal framework. in providing solutions to support banking cooperation of Fintech companies. From there, the author proposes solutions on management mechanisms for service solutions related to e-KYC, Open API and build an Innovation Center in the banking sector to promote the cooperation between Fintech companies and Banks to complete the Fintech Ecosystem in Vietnam.
