Consolidation characteristics of a silty clay: Concerning the effect of soil disturbance

The settlement was measured with 24 hour-period for each increment and based on which, consolidation characteristics including the time to the end of primary consolidation (EOP) determined by Log Time method and 3-t method and then, the coefficient of secondary consolidation were observed for both undisturbed and disturbed specimens.
