Current status of emergency arbitrator system at major international arbitration institutions and implications for Vietnam

This paper describes and analyzes the current status of the emergency arbitrator systems employed by the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
