Dynamic behavior of multi-span bi-directional functionally graded beams under a moving load

Vibration analysis of multi-span bidirectional functionally graded material (2D-FGM) beams subjected to a moving load is presented by using a high-order deformation theory. The material properties of the beam are assumed to vary continuously in the thickness and longitudinal directions by a power-law distribution. The dynamic response of the beam is computed with the aid of the Newmark method.
