Effect of temperature on mechanical energy absorption of graphene-based honeycomb structure doped boron and nitrogen

In this study, we focus on investigating the effect of temperature on the energy absorption capacity and mechanical properties of GBNHs via molecular dynamics (MD). The obtained results show that the energy absorption capacity of GBNHs sharply increases with the decrease in temperature.
