Encyclopedia of Public Administration and Public Policy

It is indeed an honor to write a Preface to the first Supplement to the Encyclopedia of Public Administration and Public Policy. I make this statement for two reasons. First, I continue to be more than pleased with the quality and depth of each topical entry. I thank our Contributing Editors and Topical Entry Authors from around the world.
