Evaluation of laboratory methods to measure telomere length in cancer

Telomere comprises of TTAGGG repeats and its lack of functionality results in promoting cancer through driving genetic instability. It is evident that they protect chromosomal ends and conserve our genetic information. This review discusses various laboratory methods of telomere length measurement.
