The present study focused on the evaluation of the antioxidant properties and the determination of total phenols and flavonoids Spathodea campanulata P. Beauv by spectrophotometry. Quantitative analyzes of total phenols and flavonoids were determined from the linear regression equation of the calibration curve, that is plotted using gallic acid and quercetin respectively as standard.
