Volunteers play an integral role in operating events effectively and successfully. Furthermore, students are becoming more proactive in volunteering and constituting a vast major of volunteer workforce in events. Although there is the growth of studies investigating volunteer intention, little research has been done for this particular source of volunteer labor.
