Factors affecting intention to change technology in banking operation in the 4th industrial revolution in Vietnam

This paper aims to investigate the the factors and determinants of intention to change technology for banking operation in Vietnam in the era of industry 4.0, proposing six factors including (1) perceived usefulness; (2) perceived ease of use; (3) trust; (4) social influence; (5) innovativeness; and (6) efficiency; of which efficiency was a new factor in this research.
