The study aims to investigate the factors affecting Online Shoppers’ Repurchase Intentions in Binh Dinh Province. This study uses quantitative research methods and using SPSS to test the reliability of the scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis. Data for this research were collected from 135 online shoppers in Binh Dinh. The results show that four factors positively affect repurchase intention, including perceived usefulness, trust, perceived value, and enjoyment.

By quantitative studies with primary data sets collected from 363 customers, the results of SEM model analysis have shown the impact of perceived ease of use, subjective norm, perceived usefulness on attitude towards use.

This study presents a conceptual model combined with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) framework to identify the main determinants that affect customers' switching intention from cash payment to mobile payment in Vietnam. The results show that alternative attractiveness is the most impact pull factor, followed by mobility. Regarding push factors, low satisfaction and inconvenience of cash payment greatly influence both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.

Research using group interview samples of local authorities, residents, and tourism enterprises in the CBT destinations in Thanh Hoa province to deeply understand the fact and causes of conflicts. The collected data was coded and treated by using MaxQDA Pro 2020 software. The results show that the causes of conflicts in CBT destinations are disagreements about the vision and deference of perceived benefits and costs.

This study aims to investigate factors affecting purchase intention towards beverages with environmentally friendly packaging. Data were collected using a survey with 155 consumers in Hue city, Vietnam. The findings reveal that various factors play a significant role in shaping purchase intention towards beverages with environmentally friendly packaging. These factors include environmental consciousness, perceived selfimage, perceived behavioral control, and attitude towards purchasing behavior.

The primary objective of the research is to develop a balanced scorecard framework for construction contractors and measu re performance of contractors using that framework. The results of the questionnaire survey carried out and follow-up interviews conducted among 34 senior managers in Melbourne revealed that the above performance measurement framework is appropriate to use in a contracting organisation. The respondents perceive that the process management perspective measurement is more desirable than others.

This study explores the way in which Primary School Principals perceive and experience emotions in their day-to-day lives. To understand the varying elements of school leadership a qualitative research approach using semi-structured interviews was used, which was appropriate due to the social and psychological nature of the topic being studied. Two interviews were conducted a year apart with participants to provide a detailed examination of the participants’ experiences and to gain deeper insights into their perceptions of emotions in their work.

The purpose of the research "Habits and technology fit: a study of technology acceptance" is to study Habit-Technology Fit (HTF) as an approach to capture a dynamic mix of habits which are perceived as salient from the respondent’s perspective, and the effect of including it in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model framework. The HTF construct and its measurement were developed in order to capture multiple non-predetermined habits. All measures were semantically validated with Q-Sorting exercises, and their reliability was statistically confirmed.
