Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process application for developing a community-based sustainability framework of Hanoi urban water supply system

Hanoi, the socio - economic center of Vietnam, where the demand for water supply usage is always the highest compared to other cities in the country. In order to support decision-makers in sustainably managing the water supply system for the capital (HUDWSS), this study applied the fuzzy hierarchical analysis process to build a sustainable hierarchy water supply framework based on the current satisfaction from the communities.
