Genetic diversity of Trichoderma sp. from rhizosphere regions of different cropping systems using RAPD markers

The present research work was undertaken to determine genetic variations among the isolates of Trichoderma spp. obtained from rhizosphere regions of ground nut, redgram, tomato fields using RAPD technique for evaluating their efficiency as biopesticides against major soil borne pathogens (Sclerotium rolfsii, Rhizoctonia solani, Macrophomina phaseolina, Fusarium oxysporum).
