Increasing the injured area on hypocotyl explants of flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) leads to high frequency callus based shoot regeneration

In this study, it was aimed to increase the frequency of shoots, which would be nominated to be transgenic after Agrobacterium inoculation, through expanding the wounding area by peeling the epidermis layer of hypocotyl explants of flax plants.
