Molecular detection of avian mycoplasmas in poultry affected with respiratory infections in Haryana (India)

PCR has some advantage over cultural detection as it can detect the pathogens in dead organism also and also rapid, inexpensive and sensitive method. Therefore, the present study was carried out to detect the Mycoplasma infection in poultry affected with respiratory infection by PCR.
